The TMF8806 is a dToF (Direct Time-of-Flight) optical distance sensor module capable of detecting targets up to 10,000 mm. The TMF8806 operates in an ultra-low power mode, enabling it to function with minimal energy consumption. It supports operation with an I²C host and a wide voltage range: 1.2 V, 1.8 V to 3.3 V. The TMF8806 is a single-module package integrated with a VCSEL. This device is based on SPAD, TDC, and histogram technologies, achieving detection within a range of 10,000 mm.
