Magnetic Rotary Encoder (14-bit Angular Position Sensor) -- AS5048A/AS5048B

The AS5048 is an easy-to-use 360° angle position sensor with a 14-bit high-resolution output. The system accuracy can reach up to 0.05° (when linearization and averaging are calculated by an external microcontroller). The sensor IC consists of Hall sensors, an analog-to-digital converter, and a digital signal processor, capable of measuring the absolute position of a magnet's rotational angle. The zero position can be programmed via SPI or I²C commands without the need for a programmer. Due to the magnet's zero position...

Battery Data Acquisition Device Sensor--AS8510

The AS8510 is a virtually zero-offset, low-noise, dual-channel measurement device. It is a custom-designed solution capable of accurately measuring battery current, ranging from mA to kA, using a 100 μΩ shunt resistor connected in series with the battery rail. Through its second measurement channel, it can capture battery voltage synchronized with current measurements or measure the analog output of internal or external temperature sensors. Both channels are matched and can measure small signals of ±160 millivolts relative to ground.

Learn about encoders—check out this article!

An encoder is a device that encodes or converts signals (such as bitstreams) or data into a signal format that can be used for communication, transmission, and storage. Encoders convert angular displacement or linear displacement into electrical signals, with the former referred to as a code disk and the latter as a code scale. Simply put, an encoder is a device that converts changes in rotational position into electrical signals. It is used in closed-loop control of shafts and in most automation applications.
